Do I need to know how to code?

No. Flows are assembled from nodes in a visual editor and every node is configured with a form. Even CRM integrations are built with a webhook node — just a URL and headers.

How do I connect my bot?

Create a bot with @BotFather on Telegram, copy the token and paste it into Bobrflow. The platform picks up updates by itself — no servers, no manual webhook setup.

What happens when I hit the message limit?

On the Free plan the bot pauses until the next day. On Pro a soft quota applies: conversations that already started finish gracefully. We warn you by email and in the dashboard as you approach the limit.

Can I accept payments in the bot?

Yes — the Payment node issues Telegram Stars invoices right in the chat. For more complex setups use webhooks and plug in any payment provider.

Where is my users’ data stored?

In your isolated account. We use no third-party trackers and never share data with anyone. Contact export is available in the dashboard.
