Terms of Service

1. General

These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") are a public offer by ФОП Герасименко Максим Васильович (the "Provider") to enter into an agreement for access to the Bobrflow online service (the "Service") available at bobrflow.com. The Agreement is concluded with any legally capable person (the "User") who accepts these terms.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The Provider grants the User access to the Service — a platform for building and running Telegram bots without code: a visual flow builder, real-time flow execution, integrations with external systems, and analytics. The available feature set is defined by the selected pricing plan published on the Service's pricing page.

3. Acceptance

Registering an account in the Service and/or paying for a pricing plan constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms. From the moment of acceptance the Agreement is deemed concluded without signing a paper copy.

4. Pricing and payment

• Prices are listed on the pricing page in hryvnia (UAH) and include all taxes.
• Payment is made in advance for the selected billing period (month) by bank card via an authorized payment provider. The Provider does not collect or store card details.
• The subscription renews automatically for the next period unless the User cancels it before the next charge date. The subscription can be cancelled in the account dashboard at any time.
• The Provider may change prices; new prices apply from the next billing period and are never applied retroactively to a period already paid for.

5. Service delivery

The service is delivered electronically: access to the paid plan's features is activated automatically right after the payment provider confirms the payment and lasts for the paid period. No physical delivery takes place. The Service is available around the clock except for scheduled maintenance windows.

6. Refunds

Subscription cancellation, refunds and transaction reversal are described in the Refund Policy, which is an integral part of this Agreement.

7. User obligations and restrictions

• Provide accurate registration data and keep credentials confidential.
• Do not use the Service for spam, fraud, phishing, or distribution of content prohibited by applicable law or Telegram's rules.
• The User is solely responsible for the content of their bots and for compliance with the Telegram platform rules. The Provider may suspend access in case of violation of these terms.

8. Intellectual property

All rights to the Service, its code, design and the Bobrflow trademark belong to the Provider. Rights to flows and content created by the User in the Service remain with the User.

9. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". The Provider is not liable for outages caused by the Telegram platform, payment providers or other third parties, nor for indirect damages. The Provider's aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the last billing period.

10. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

11. Term and changes

The Agreement is effective from acceptance until the User stops using the Service. The Provider may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page; continued use of the Service after publication constitutes acceptance of the new version.
