1. Who we are

2. What data we collect

• Account data: e-mail, name, password (stored as a hash).
• Your bots' data: Telegram bot tokens, flows, integration settings. Tokens are stored to run your bots and are never shared with third parties.
• Messages from your bots' users — processed to execute flows; the bot owner is responsible for the lawfulness of collecting this data.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, activity logs — for security and diagnostics.

3. Payment data

Payments are processed by an authorized payment provider on their side. We do not collect or store full bank card details — we only receive the payment status and the last digits of the card to identify the transaction.

4. Purposes of processing

• Providing and maintaining the Service, performing the agreement.
• Billing and payment accounting.
• Communication: service e-mails, replies to support requests.
• Security, abuse prevention, compliance with legal obligations.

5. Sharing with third parties

Data is shared only with providers the Service cannot operate without: the Telegram platform (bot message delivery), the payment provider (payment processing), and the hosting provider (infrastructure). We do not sell personal data and do not share it for third-party marketing.

6. Retention

Account data is kept while the account exists. After account deletion, data is erased or anonymized within 30 days, except data we are legally required to retain (financial records).

7. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, request its correction or deletion, withdraw consent to processing, and object to the controller's actions. To exercise these rights, write to [email protected] — we respond within 30 days.

8. Cookies

The site uses only strictly necessary cookies (session, authentication, language choice). We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
